Who's a nervous mom? Me? NO!

OK, so YES, I am a nervous mom. Here I am, a nervous mom and a procrastinating one as well! The little Princess has her FIRST soccer practice tonight. It starts at 6pm, I have to have her on the field by 5:45. When does Mr. Perfect get home from work... let's see... that would be, at the earliest, 5:45 on any given night, but most often is more like 6:30. This means that I, yours truly, will be headed to a place I've never been before, with THREE children in tow. Normally, I'd ask my mother if she'd be willing to watch the younger two until Matt could get home. However, today, she has a personnel committee engagement at her church. SO, yes, me and all three children will be headed to some church I've never been to before, and I will have to locate the fields behind the church and then locate the actual field that her little "Badgers" team is practicing on. Now, what am I supposed to do with kid #2 and kid #3? Kid #2 can walk... and he can RUN, and well, that is frightening to me, because I've got to get kid #1 to the right field and I don't have time to chase kid #2. So, stroller? OK, so I only have a single stroller, no double stroller here (*reminder, check craigs list for double stroller prior to soccer game season opener*). So, what to do with kid #3? Well, I guess, I'll put her in a sling and carry her. SO, that leaves kid #1 who is seriously lacking in the "listening ears" department. She will be carrying her soccer ball. I wonder if I can get her to hold onto the stroller while I attempt to locate her practice field. This should be an interesting evening. Mr. Perfect is supposed to meet us at the field. I have a feeling, when he gets there, I'm going to bring Kids #2 and #3 home. And when I get home, I'd love to have a nice glass of white wine waiting for me, and some nice Godiva chocolate truffles. OH SNAP OUT OF IT! #1 you are nursing and you get no wine Missy! and #2 Mr. Perfect hasn't picked up on the hint that you want some Godiva chocolates, so you don't have any. **My Bad, I was talking to myself there. Do forgive!** OK, I guess I've procrastinated long enough. Scrambled Eggs with cheese, coming right up!
