And it actually was TODAY.
This morning we were beckoned by Little Miss, to come up to her room, she had "GOOD NEWS!" So, off we trotted up the stairs to find out what was going on. I already knew, because I heard it on the monitor before hand, but didn't let on. We walked in to the room of the Prince and Princess. Little Miss was laying in her bed, grinning from ear to ear and her 19 month old brother... well, he was STANDING BESIDE HER! Yes, that's right, he was on the outside of jail. He'd escaped the bars. He was free from his prison, aka: The Crib. I honestly thought we had more time than this! You know, at least until he was 2, right? I mean, c'mon!
He is one determined little boy. So, tonight, Mr. Perfect put the kids to bed while I was at the grocery store. When I got home, I asked if Little Man had stayed in his crib tonight. And he started laughing. See, Little Man has a stuffed football in his bed. Cutest thing EVER! So, he has this football in his bed, and apparently, that is his tool for escape. Mr. Perfect confiscated the football. He confessed that Little Man was none to happy with him. But, I must say, when I got home from the store, all was quiet in the house. So, he must have adapted to losing his football.
So, now the fun begins. I'm not ready for him to have his own bed, not yet. Not with them being on the second floor and us being downstairs. The thought of him getting up at night and possibly falling down the stairs in the dark is freaking me out! I guess we've got to get a gate for the top of the stairs. I'd get one for their room, but we've got to have easy access for Little Miss to get to the potty in the middle of the night.
Isn't life fun? :D

Oh yes, so fun!! We're pt'ing right now, and oh how fun it is. Not at all! Hey, there are some gates that Noah can work just fine. I bet you can find some that M can work that W cannot. I'd look around. Tell us what you do!
That is too cute. :)
Wow, the pics of the kids on your blog are amazing. All your kids look like babydolls. Your blog is very refreshing, honest.
We need to have you guys over for dinner, I know Alan and Matt keep saying it. What are your evenings like during the week?
