I got a call from our agent today. She spoke with the sellers agent. He hadn't seen our bid yet, but asked her if she'd tell him the details. SO, she did and he was positive. He didn't say that they'd jump on it, but he didn't say they'd reject it either. He said, their hope is to close in 60 days. With me having a baby on the way... I'll be honest, I'd LOVE to close in 60 days. That would give me just over a month to have the nursery ready and the kids settled in their new rooms. Knowing my mom, she'll have my kitchen done the day we move in. (She's good like that!) SO, all in all, it's still a possibility at this point.
Of course, that means our house will go on the market, ready or not, on Saturday. SO, we will wait to hear on Tuesday, what our broker has to tell us about financing and what the sellers thing of our proposal.
I'm still not nervous, because I KNOW GOD is in control and if it is in His will for us, then there is nothing for us to worry about. SO, I'll keep you posted! This is further than we've gotten on any contract we've submitted this year!

Wow! Best of luck with everything! Buying and selling a house can be so stressful! Best wishes for a quick sell!! I hope everything works out and you can be in a nice, new, bigger home by the time the new baby arrives!
