Alive, barely

Wondered where I've been? Been missing my posts? Thought I was missing in action? Well, no matter what your answer is to those questions, I'm going to give you the short of where I've been, as I don't have enough stamina to type it all out right now.

Monday I woke up burning up with fever. I took myself and Little Man over to my parents house, so Mr. Perfect and the Princess could get things done at the house. Little Man and I could get rest with out noise. I didn't make it home from my parents house until Wednesday night. I was running a fever of over 103. Mr. Perfect took charge of everything at home, and my mother took charge of me and my care. Monday night we nearly ended up in the ER, the only reason we didn't is because I did not have the strength to wake up my parents and let them know I needed to go. Then we nearly went on Tuesday, but my doc decided that as long as my mom would care for me and I wouldn't have to do anything but rest, then she'd release me to my parents house. Wednesday I woke up less sick. I went home that night. I didn't have the fevers on Thursday, but the puking came back. I'm listless. Walking down the stairs takes all of my energy. I'm pretty much useless where the kids are concerned. And I can tell you, when I finish this email, I'll be laying down on the sofa and will probably take t minus 2 minutes to fall asleep. This reminds me so much of when I had mono. ALL OF THIS and we are holding our house open on Sunday. Our Agent will just have to apologize for our lack of perfection in the cleaning department, as I just can not do it, and Matt needs to focus on the painting. So, the dusting and vacuuming will be done, but the windows may have finger prints and the floorboards and doors probably need a little Magic Eraser action, but it will just have to wait for now.

OK, this is all I can manage for now. I'm beat. OH and I passed the glucose test (THANKS, CHEL!)

Oh no! Hope that you are back to your happy, healthy self very soon! That doesn't sound good!

Good luck with the open house tomorrow!
